MISSION OF EOB'S PROJECT HOME:
The mission of Project HOME is to provide those services, programs, and resources that reduce or eliminate homelessness. Programs include:
Rental Assistance
Pays one month's rent, one time only, usually within five (5) working days of application.
Transitional Housing
Eligible homeless families are provided apartments for six (6) months, with direct support, job development, and assistance to ensure self-sufficiency.
New Move-In
Helps families move into a new apartment and single family homes for homeless families having achieved initial stabilization in the Project HOME program.
PROGRAM CRITERIA:
Services are provided to eligible clients based on availability of housing and perceived need of clients. Documentation is required by clients.

- Families with minor children
- Temporary crisis during the last 30 days
- Must earn twice the amount of rent
- Rental or lease agreement
- Proof of full-time employment
- Eviction notice
Transitional Housing Criteria:
- Must have at least one minor child
- Proof of income for the last thirty days
- and/or Proof of employ ability
- Must be homeless
- Proof of crisis
New Move-In Criteria:
- Must have at least one minor child
- Proof of full-time employment
- Rental or lease agreement
Home + Plus (12-24 Months) Criteria
- Must have at least one minor child
- Proof of three (3) month's employment
