Function

The Empowered Church Ministry Team functions cooperatively as a large team and also as three smaller teams each with dedicated ministries assigned to encourage, equip and empower the respective leaders.  The ECMT is not endowed with authority over ministries or leaders in the church body, but rather it exists as a support for the servant leaders, administrative staff and reports to the Church Board.
